Hi Jacob, Cintra, It was so simple: it appears I miread and thought my squeezeBOX IP address was the one to be keyed in into the app instead of the squeezeCENTER's (read: my PC's IP). Cintra thanks for pointing this out to me by suggesting a fixed IP address for my PC. Jacob, I guess you made the same mistake. It works fine now with me.
