You've nailed my problems pretty well. Each time I "Clear Library and Rescan" in v7.4.0 <i>some</i> albums show up duplicated. Take Steely Dan: I have 12 albums ripped, yet now I have each of them twice (except a "No Album" which doesn't duplicate -- BUT the songs in the album DO duplicate.)
