[UPDATE] Umm, it looks like I caused my own problems: I'm not sure why or when I would have done this but inside the Music/iTunes/ folder is the "iTunes Music" folder. AND there was an "iTunes Music alias" folder pointing to the original. Since my SBS was set to scan the folder "iTunes" it scanned the music folder and then the alias, thereby duplicating everything.
I'm not certain that I created the alias. Perhaps a 3rd party application would have for some reason. Deleting it fixed the duplication. Likewise you could point the SBS to "iTunes Music" but I keep a FLAC folder in the 'iTunes' folder so they are picked up by SBS. -- kphinney *-Hopefully a new trend:*- I'm not endorsing or advertising any of my gear, nor flaunting it as an Audiophile setup.
