I just followed the prompts given by ED, hitting the 'restart now' (or whatever it says).
I did what any normal user might do. Nothing 'clever' at all. No special configuration stuff in any way either. Do a clean install on a Windows machine youself and try and uninstall extraneous plugins and install the plugins I mention. As it has not worked for me on the three machines I've installed SBS on so far I'm pretty convinced you'll see the problem too.
