I'm not sure how much I can help. But the best way to test if a IR command works is to enable and login by ssh to your SB Controller. Then you can put the Controller in front of your reciver and fire of IR commands from your PC (by ssh) by executing the testir command. I would guess that the on/off commands might be the same as on other Denon commands. And when/if you find the right commands you can change my applet into the applet you want.
