I am nearing completion of the next version of SqueezeIR but I have a couple of problems that I am unable to solve and wondered if the features are used by anyone. If no-one uses these problem features then it will save me a bit of work:
1) When you send an ir code you can configure SqueezeIR to popup a message on a "piece of toast". Does anybody use this? Popups in v7.4 appear only to be full-screen and are much more intrusive than the 7.3 style popups. 2) The new version can send codes when a button is pressed even if you are not in a SqueezeIR menu (particularly useful for volume). It can also be configured to send the code instead of, or as well as the default controller action. This works except for the volume buttons which, despite my best efforts, always send ir instead of the regular volume control.
