Ya, I know. I don't have any problems with my software on my PC. It's sending instantly. The Problem is the firmware on my squeezebox. It's buffering the stream from my PC for 3 seconds before staring with the convertion from the digital to the analog signal. And you can't reduce it below 3 seconds (with SqueezeboxServer).
