See the help page off of the SrvrPowerCtrl settings page. Rerunning the setup scripts is necessary because the account under which SBS runs (squeezeboxserver) is different than that SC ran under (squeezecenter). Thus, new permissions have to be set in /etc/sudoers. The setup script accomplishes this.
