The problem is not the code but the fact that cdd2awav does not
recognise the configured drive (device=1,0,0) as being an optical drive
- I have highlighted the relevant messages.
Code:

/cygdrive/c/ProgramData/Squeezebox/Cache/InstalledPlugins/Plugins/CDplayer/Bin/cdda2wav:
This is neither a scsi cdrom nor a worm device.
--------------------
When CDplayer is installed - it scans the available devices and usually
selects the first optical drive. So either the configuration has been
changed or there is something unusual about your system.
Assuming you left the configuration as set up - then it is necessary to
get info on your optical drives. So please do the following steps.
1. OPen a command prompt (e.g. by typing "cmd" into the start search
box off the Start button and press Enter key)
2. In the command prompt box enter the following followed by Enter
key.
cd
\ProgramData\Squeezebox\Cache\InstalledPlugins\Plugins\CDplayer\Bin
The command prompt should have changed and now indicate that you have
changed directory.
3. In the command prompt box enter the following followed by Enter
key.
cdda2wav -scanbus
You should get output something like below - copy the output and attach
to a post.
Code:
--------------------
scsibus0:
0,0,0 0) 'TSSTcorp' 'CDDVDW SH-S223Q ' 'SB03' Removable CD-ROM
0,1,0 1) *
0,2,0 2) *
0,3,0 3) *
0,4,0 4) *
0,5,0 5) *
0,6,0 6) *
0,7,0 7) HOST ADAPTOR
