OK, problem solved! Thanks erland for providing the clue! I changed the directory in Custom Scan to the iTunes Music Folder, which is not the same as the music path in SBS and it works fine now. I know nothing about the programming involved here so I can't comment on that, see my previous posts regarding my folder set up and what I did to fix the problem.
