Haven't seen anything similar but it looks like some corruption of the
database.

Are you using any antivirus software that could cause problem ?
Are you sure only one instance of SBS is running ? Check in the Task
Manager
Which SBS version did you have before the upgrade ?

NOTE!
Do NOT do the following unless you have a working TrackStat backup xml
file

If you have a working TrackStat backup xml file, you can always:
1. Shutdown SBS
2. Delete the Cache/MySQL directory in Explorer/File manager
3. Startup SBS
4. Wait for the scanning to finish (if it doesn't start scanning
automatically, start a full rescan manually)
5. Restore the TrackStat backup
