I consider this a Squeezebox Server bug (to be precise: a MySB bug) that's hopefully fixed in a 7.5.1 beta soon. If not, I will add it manually, one change in 1.3 which is already implemented will indeed be that you can save a Radio station to favorites from the Radios browser menu.
