Hi all - My brother is staying with me for the summer. He has a Mac laptop that I'm trying to get Softsqueeze 3.8 configured on so he can enjoy my music collection. We installed softsqueeze fine and everything appears great except the display reads "connection failed, please check server settings".
I'm running latest version of squeezebox server on my Win XP machine. Do I need to open up ports on my server PC firewall to allow the Mac laptop to access it within my own wireless network?
