This is my identifier: GMXX0060
This is my string:
%y: %v:%x     %W:%h (line1 which gives me the funny message)
... and weather.com seems to have changed back again to html characters
for the nice oe for ö is gone again. It writes the clumsy Ö string
for this german character again. So, when its cloudy, I see this.
Its writing "bewölkt" instead of "bewölkt".

And about the forecast-thing, I´ll try chicago out tomorrow and report!
