Hi Pippin - are you aware that it is not possible to set alarms on iPeng using an iPhone 4 running OS4?
When you click on the alarm time instead of getting the scrolling chooser it just acts like a text box and you can't change the time. IPeng is my only paid for app that hasn't been updated (and I have a lot). Do you have a timescale for a fix?
