I know a condition where for some reason WiFi never gets turned on. It usually helps to exit iPeng again and restart. But please make sure you have not permanently disabled WiFi. Also, you could check on the MultiPlayer screen (swipe right on NowPlaying) whether iPeng simply doesn't automatically connect to your server. This can happen if both the server's name and IP change or if you are connected to MySB.
