Can't remember how to sort this problem: I have done a clear and rescan everything on my music library but when viewing in iPeng all the artists in my various artists albums are showing in the artists tab, used to be just my band names were shown and all the compilations in various artists, probably an easy fix but I can't remember how to fix this...
