I don't remember if it was placed directly inside My Music by default or if you had to adjust that in the Custom Browse settings. I think you might need to check the "Show in home menu" checkbox in the library configuration to make them appear directly inside My Music menu.
It will only appear after you have created at least one library in the Multi Library plugin and one of the "Included internal menus" or "Included Custom Browse menus" checkboxes has been checked in the library configuration. Besides using the "Included * menus" options, you can of course also create a menu manually using the Custom Browse settings interface and you specify with the "Library" or "Limit to active library" settings in the menu configuration which library it should be connected to.
