I had trouble the first time but this was probably some misunderstanding from my side. Second time all ran smoothly and after a reboot Slimserver was enabled manually.
Two things differ from the original installation (done by WiFi Media in the NL): 1) The disc that was replaced had two partitions, one for Slimserver and the other for data.
