Ok back again. Seems that both partitions on the old disc where demounted. The new disc is back in the NAS again.
I've reinstalled Slimserver and all works fine until after I reboot, then Slimserver is gone. Is it possible to install Slimserver on a disc together with data? If that is possible is it ok to create the Slimserver installation folder in Windows? I should perhaps add that the system was originally set up by WiFiMedia with FreeNAS on a CF card and a 500GB disc with to partitions, one for Slim and the other for data. Now after the disc is replaced I try to have Slimserver and data together.
