Configure a new item in Custom Clock Helper with the "itemtype" set to
"imageicon". Set the "interval" parameter to 1 and it should update
once a minute.
If you want it to update more often, I think there might be a way to do
it but you would probably have to show it as text (instead of an image)
and implement a small perl plugin that integrates with Custom Clock
Helper so you can use "itemtype" set to "plugintext". Let me know if
want more information about this and I'll try to see if I can get some
time to give you an example.
