Ok it definitely seems to be the SQL statement that takes a lot of time
even if it's only about to get 10 tracks from the database. The problem
probably occurs only in larger libraries or with larger playlists.

Unfortunately, I suspect this means that it's caused by MySQL's
limitation in joining "text" columns. The database structure was
changed in 7.4 or 7.5 by Logitech and this caused this problem, it
should work better with SQLite in 7.6 but with MySQL the problem also
remains in 7.6 unless Logitech changes something.

The my.tt performance optimization which you can read about in the
following thread would have improved this on a computer, but it will
probably just make it worse on a NAS:
