Started with changing to "Only read mixable status". Worked better, all albums then had their coverart and all tracks were present. But only a fraction of my music had the "M" symbol. The non us ascii character was one of my first thought, but I rejected that theory in the begining since there was lots of artist, for example Bob Dylan, which also had the same problem... But after the replies in this thread I had a closer look and you guys were right, non us ascii character was the common denominator. Now i have renamed all my files and folder with the rename-commmand. At last it seems to have worked just fine, generating playlists by pressing the "M" works on the files I have tried it on. Whats the advantage with using "Import all musicinformation from MusicIP" vs. "Only read mixable status from MusicIP (faster)"?? (I'm using the later right now) Thank you all for your responses!! -- hajnes --------------------------------------------------------- Squeezebox Classic - Rotel RA03 - Monitor Audio RS6 Server: HP ThinClient 1GHz, 1GB RAM, Ubuntu 10.04 (on a 16GB USB-stick) ------------------------------------------------------------------------ hajnes's Profile: http://forums.slimdevices.com/member.php?userid=40879 View this thread: http://forums.slimdevices.com/showthread.php?t=82860
