Well, there's quite a bit iPeng has to do to identify your remote
server. It especially has to wait until your players show up to know
where to switch to, there really is no way to speed this up. For me it
usually takes about 10s or so, how long is it for you?

You can of course switch manually by simply selecting the other server
under "Music Sources".
