I have similar trouble as well. Yesterday (for other reasons) I had to do a factory reset of my Controller. Now I realized that the repository http://www.woodbine.me.uk/squeezebox/repo.xml is not accepted anymore because of "Redirection limit exceeded" (and indeed, that URL redirects A LOT!). I still have the plugin installed locally in my SBS, but the controller does not pick it up as available. So, due to the Controller reset I am now without SqueezeIR.
