I'm afraid I don't know quite what the BBC planning for the HD feed - its details have dissapeared from the main iplayer metadata.
For the moment I have added a Radio 3 HD menu item to the Special Events menu at the bottom of the top level iPlayer menu. This should work with existing versions of the BBCiPlayer plugin and BBC Radio applet and allow you to get to the 320k stream.
