I'm using 7.5.2 r31632 on WHS in the UK.
The Filetype settings for AAC to FLAC shows FAAD/FLAC.
The Soma FM AAC stream you suggested plays fine as do BBC iPlayer
listen live AAC streams.
It's the listen on demand streams that will not start.
The following extract from the log shows a failed attempt to play a
listen on demand programme.
