With my programmers hat on, I would have done it the way you've done it. I take your point about the number of tracks returned and having to navigate down a level. But offering a second opinion, my completely non-techy wife having used the search functionality this evening, it makes more sense to her just having a single search function and then being able to drill down into artist or album or see individual track matches that are returned. As you say, of course we can use the Logitech search functionality, but I think it would be great to keep what you've done and have a top level generic search function under your plugins menu system rather than having to navigate out of your menu. But it's no big deal. PS.
