It's probably easier to do a backup and create a new backup file in a
text editor based on the full backup that only contains the changed
tracks.

A restore operation will overwrite any information which is backup file
you restore, but it leave all the other tracks untouched. Normally, all
tracks in a library are part of the backup file.

That's also why it's a good idea to do a "Remove all data" first if you
like to do a complete restore, since that will make sure any data not in
the backup file is reset.
