No they contain all songs because TrackStat also store the time a track
was added to the SBS library and that attribute exists for all tracks.

"Missing entries" just refers to entries which has been added to SBS
but aren't available in TrackStat yet. Probably because TrackStat
haven't synchronized with the SBS database. It should do this
synchronization after a rescan and at SBS startup.

"Not refreshed entries" indicates similar things, it's about tracks
that don't have a matching URL with the SBS library but do have a
Musicbrains identity that matches a track in SBS library.

"Unused entries" indicates that you have entries in the TrackStat
tables that no longer exist in SBS library, typically this is cased by
removed files or removed/moved files if you don't have Musicbrainz
identities in their tags. There is a button in "Backup" section of
TrackStat settings page that can remove these unused entries.

It's probably more interesting to run the "TrackStat Statistics" query
to see if the number of records of each type matches what you think it
should be.
