I suppose if this gives me Classic FM Listen Again in the same Squeezebox plugin as BBC Listen Again it would be an improvement. I'm just nervous that we're going to lose more than we might gain. For example I'm hoping for 320kbps AAC streams on all stations both live and listen again, but a common industry platform might instead force all stations to use 128kbps MP3 (for example) at which poing frankly FM sounds better. I'm also nervous that there will be a multi year gap between losing iPlayer radio and gaining UKRadioPlayer, leaving us with nothing in the interim. Coupled with Scotland losing radio on Freeview in the evening for a very minority TV channel, radio is looking like a very poor relation to TV at the moment at the BBC. -- Owen Smith ------------------------------------------------------------------------ Owen Smith's Profile: http://forums.slimdevices.com/member.php?userid=42371 View this thread: http://forums.slimdevices.com/showthread.php?t=53229 _______________________________________________ plugins mailing list [email protected] http://lists.slimdevices.com/mailman/listinfo/plugins
