I got this reply on 28th January from Napster:-

"Thanks for contacting Napster Customer Support.

We apologize for the continued problems you may be experiencing. At
this point, we believe the service quality issues are intermittent and
we will continue to actively monitor our service quality and make
additional improvements as quickly as we can. As stated in our email of
December 30th to all Napster subscribers utilizing a Sonos or Logitech
device with their account, we are working diligently to resolve the
recent performance problems as quickly as possible and can assure you
this issue is getting top priority.

We’ve identified and implemented immediate service improvements that
are already resulting in improved service quality. Simultaneously, we
are working diligently on a solution to provide enhanced reliability
and performance going forward. You can monitor on our progress through
Twitter (@Napster).

Thanks for using Napster!"

Still doesn't work properly one week later though.  I'm reluctant to
give it up as it used to be so good.  

Is it because this doesn't affect US Logitech users that this is
getting such low priority?
