The only things I can suggest are: - Go to the last.fm application on mysqueezebox.com and make sure that under "Scrobbling" it is enabled and you have your last.fm account selected for your specific music system(s) - On your squeezebox device, go to Settings->Advanced->Last.fm audioscrobbler and make sure your last.fm account is there selected as well.
