I found out why the plugin would not load. I got the idea when you mentioned "permissions issue" in some other reply. And when logged in as Admin I managed to load the plugin. I never had to do it that way before. It was always successful when doing it from my normal user account, but Vista is every now and then causing problems like this. Sorry to bother you about this.
