Not sure if it works the same way as MusicIP GUI on Windows, but in the
GUI program you can select the tracks and right click select "archive
analysis" and it will write the fingerprint into the track.

Or again if like the Windows version, there is a default.m3lib file
which is the MusicIP database.  If on your new build you keep the same
file structure and directory path to the music files you should be able
to install MusicIP and then just replace the m3lib file with your old
one.
