Sometime after 7.3. an automated installation method (a further
development of the Extension procedure) for plugins was impemented in
SBS.  Just go to WebUI Settings/Plugins - enable listing of 3rd party
plugins, under 3rd Party plugins you check the "Wave Input" box and
click Apply.  SBS will download, untar, copy into right directory and
change owner & permissions - all automatically.  This is now the
preferred way for users to install plugins as many of the common
install mistakes which happen doing a manual install cannot happen.

The end result is the same as step 1-6 but for users unfamiliar with
shell etc. - it simplifies the task.
