"Custom Command" means something different than "Custom Script" in this context. It's true that I'm confusing the nomenclature here somewhat. In this context, I'm only talking about an entry in the "Custom end-of-day action command" field..i.e. an actual executable or script. Any selected "Action to take after idle time", even a "custom" one...gets treated just like the built-in actions.
