It shouldn't.  But SrvrPowerCtrl is pretty liberal in it's
interpretation of what constitutes an alarm.  Alarms defined on
mysb.com "count" and if you're using the EOD feature, the EOD start
time counts as an alarm too. Let me know If SCPowerTool is still being
launched even though none of the above are true.
