Yes, I'd love that, but I don't have the time to look into it myself in

I wonder if it would be possible to just compile ShairPort to the arm
platform and deploy it directly on a Squeezebox Touch ?
It might be possible to accomplish something simple together with the
Wave Input plugin ? Install both ShairPort and Wave Input plugin on the
SBS computer, make your iOS device stream to ShairPort which will output
it on the computer and make Wave Input plugin forward the audio to the
Squeezebox.

Logitech probably doesn't want to pay the licensing fees and Apple is
probably also restricted to who they license it to, so I don't think we
should expect something from Logitech anytime soon. It's important to
understand that Logitech is competing with Apple in the streaming audio
segment, I suspect Apple prefers that you get a AppleTV or Airport
Express instead of a Squeezebox if you like to stream audio from iTunes
to your HiFi equipment.
