Whether or not an App is placed in the Root level of the menu is controlled by MySqueezebox.com, and it's a per-player setting. You can set that on the MySqueezebox.com web site under "My Apps-><APP>->Player Settings". Note: Recently it seems that some versions of Squeezebox Server do not immediately honor changes made to this setting. I had to restart the SERVER before changes became effective. Also, you can define this when you "Install" an App, so uninstalling and re-installing should give you the same option, also from iPeng. There is one other limitation for iPeng (iPhone/iTouch only): There can not be more than 23 items on the home screen (an iOS limitation), so if you've got more, some will randomly fall away.
