Still not working for me - weather location UKXX0085 (London). Bear in mind that if your server has been running for days/weeks, the symptom of the issue for me was that the weather/scores from a week or so are retained as current info. A server restart just gives me with "weather.com" logo. So if your weather doesn't change much, it may take a while to notice!
