Since your VPN terminates at the PC only PC originated connections will
appear from the UK. Any connections to BBC direct from Touch will not
appear as part of your VPN.

BBC Radio applet will make connections directly from Touch to Router to
BBC so Radio will not appear as part of the VPN

BBC iPlayer plugin - if you are playing stream natively by Touch such
as http based WMA, AAC or MP3 - again the audio conection will
originate in Touch and so will not be part of VPN.

BBC iPlayer Flash/AAC stream (e.g. R3 HD) is first processed by PC and
so will appear to be part of the VPN.

Podcast are http MP3 and so are played natively by Touch and are not
part of the VPN.

To make your stream part of the VPN they must terminate from BBC at the
PC. For WMA and MP3 you can do this by enabling "Proxied streaming" for
the Touch player. I'm not sure about AAC but I think by disabling
"native AAC" in FileTypes the AAC stream will terminate at PC and get
transcoded..

You cannot make BBC Radio applet part of your VPN unless your PC acts
as a router.
