Hmm.. This SQLite stuff's a nightmare..

I'm presuming you've both installed the VS2010 runtimes as per the site ?

Does the <thumbs> folder contain a 0.76a-32 subfolder with a SQLite dll in ?

If you quit and re-run moose after it complaining does it work the second time ?
