VS2010 runtime is installed and in my case the thumbs folder has been
created in the moose program folder. There is one file
(MooseSQLite.tmp.db) and two subfolders (0.76a-32 and 0.76a-64) within
the thumbs folder and there is a file System.Data.SQLite.dll in the
0.76a-32 folder.
After several starts still the same error (Win 7 - 64 Bit).
