Not sure I understand. If you copy the SQL DLL as before it works ? Where are you copying it from/to ? Is Moose not creating it ? Actually, if Moose is creating it alongside and it's failing, does quitting and restarting Moose make it work ? (ie, does the dll need to be there when moose starts ?)
