I'm beginning to look into a PC audio solution for my car and one thing I was considering is either Squeezeplay running on a mini-itx PC and doing the audio output or using Squeezeplay to control a squeezebox in the car. I'll probably use a 7" touchscreen monitor with 800x480 pixel resolution in the car. Has anyone reskinned Squeezeplay to work at a different resolution?
