Thanks. I recall the thread and looking up 'empeg'. I'm not certain that I'll have a head unit in the car. I have a double DIN space in the dash to work with, and this can hold only a 7" screen. If I want to replace the current head unit in that space then the screen must go elsewhere. But with the empeg, I'm not sure I understand why I'd want to use Squeezeslave's emulation of an SB2/3 interface when I could possibly have a touchscreen interface available.
