I have to revert what i said about scan times . I'm starting to get more complex tags as part of an effort to get some musicbrains tags and mood and style tags in my files , I'm letting SMD scan now it is on 3,5 hour an has not yet finished stage 1/2
The whole library of 2700 albums takes 55 minutes to scan for my server . On a positive note the SMD scan can now run in the background of even my puny single core server it seems to have a low priority and does not use excessive amounts of CPU maybe thats a good trade off :) If I can play music during the SMD scan it take it's time And i have yet only begun to add mood and style tags wonder what the times may be when the major part of the library has them .
