Is the Custom Scan Rating Tag scan working in 7.6.2? Nothing happens when I click on "Scan" for Rating Tag in the Custom Scan settings and nothing is reported in the SBS server.log. There used to be a "Scanning..." indication on the Custom Scan settings page.
