You need to install the "License Manager" applet on your Controller and
Touch through Settings/Advanced/Applet Installer.
After that you should be able to goto Settings/Advanced/License Manager
and if it doesn't already indicate that it's licensed select the
"Refresh" menu to refresh the licensing status.
It might be a bit confusing that there is both a plugin and applet
that's named "License Manager", you need the plugin for licensed
plugins and the applet for licensed applets.
